Xmas Presie...thanks hunni

Now i know christmas is about family and time together but one of the exciting parts of christmas is christmas giving and receiving. Lets all be honest here, its so exciting opening the christmas paper wondering what it could be..... My fiance did receive a hot tip a while back but he did himself good remembering the colour and leather. This Ted Baker wallet is buttery soft and divine in colour. I love the unusual design of a purse clip, so chic, so original, so very me. Thanks hunni xoxox

Come to the country with meeeeeeeee

Another one of my sneaky purchases for the week. I just love the colours in this tie shirt. I've been wanting to embrace the mid-drift trend for some time but have just had the ultimate fear of a sneaky muffin top. This shirt however is a shorter n wide fit shirt which eases me into the mid-drift trend when paired with some high waisted jeans or shorts. I'm off to work in this number and working the western look with a big belt buckle and big hair. This one is another bargain from Sportsgirl $29.95 with a further 30% off. Doesn't even matter if i only wear it for summer, it would've paid for it self by then!

T'is The Season For Shopping

Being the week of Christmas and all and working in retail, i feel i've been seduced by a great product offering this week. I had a little bit of buyers remorse thinking i shouldn't be buying for myself before Christmas, however these are all essentials i need.

1.Moroccanoil Kit: apparently 'the perfect thing for my hair' after the damage i've done via bleach baths. And it is great for your hair doesn't just coat it with a shine like other products, it works deep into the hair to restore it with vitality and shine. Divine! And the salon owner bought 2000 of these packs and only had two left so that is saying something. Great buy for $110

2.Invisible Zinc Foundation in Tan: I'm heading to Perth Christmas day, yippee and this foundation is uv protectant, water proof, wind proof and has a spf of 30. It has great coverage or you can use it as a concealer and dab it on the bad bits. Cute and compact for handbag touch ups. Just from Priceline. around $40

3.Oversized Corsage: i think its great to collect accessories like this to update your look through out the year. I already have this in fuchsia but at this time of year on sale its worth it to collect a few. Great colour for hair, on jackets and on dresses. Sportsgirl, $4.95 with a further 30% off atm dirt cheap!!!

4. Grandma's handbag: As soon as i saw this bag i fell in love, maybe because it has the shape of a designer handbag, but has the originality of a vintage piece. This is my in between Prada handbag, i needed an update that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Sportsgirl bag, new instore $59.95

So this is me justifying my buys as you can see they are all essential....oh and i bought a cute checked shirt too and priori eye cream online. That's all i promise.

Merry Christmas Fashionistas xoxoxo

So today was the day to mission ahead and see if the five years of black build up on my hair could be turned into some sort of other colour. So we decided on a bleach bath and the hairdresser could not believe that the black was not moving so take two and it started to budge, it was still a dark brown with a red tinge. A red permanent wash later and a trim, four and a half hours later and viola this is the result! what do you think? its so nice to have a bit of warmth near my face, don't know if the boy approves but after all its my head so too bad. Time to work it out as a semi red head xox

TWO bleach baths later......

Colour Remover

So I'm one of those girls that is attached to her long locks like Kate Moss is to coke. I've had long hair for years, its all mine and I go for a subtle colour change only. My hair is naturally dark brown and after being shades of chocolate and red about 5 years back I went black and as true as the saying is, once I went black I never went back. And I literally could not change! I requested wait for it...blue black, turns out blue black on black = black! So after looking the same for the last five years, I've decided since I live in the fashion savvy place Melbourne, I need to lift my game in the hair stakes.

So i approached the hair dresser and asked to book something different for a change,a process using hair remover, not bleach a subtle process that removes build up which may not be seen to the naked eye. So hopefully i'll be a gradual brunette in no time and then i can be a raven head my ultimate dream. So watch this hairspace!
